Our heater went out and we needed a replacement on short notice. Leo was responsive, and extremely helpful in navigating the process of getting a new heater installed. He was professional and very easy to talk to. His crew was great and did the job efficiently. He delivered as promised. Very happy. 5-star experience!!
Leo did a fabulous job coordinating the replastering of the pool. It is a very old pool and was in desperate need of repair. He answered all of our questions every step of the way.
Indy Pool Pros are the best pool company I have ever used. Lee is extremely prompt, has excellent service, knowledgeable, very fair pricing. He is very reliable with a great work ethic. Lee is the best!!! We love our new pool!
They blocked the entire road in and out of our neighborhood for an hour trying to get the mold into the backyard of our neighbor, then tried to tell me my pool was in violation of the city. Left a mess in the road. Absolutely unprofessional.
Really can’t understate our experience with Indy Pool Pros. Leo was prompt with the initial estimate, was responsive to questions along the way, explained each step of the install, and came in on schedule and UNDER his estimate. I don’t usually take time to write reviews, but this company deserves it. Thanks Leo for your professionalism and delivering an outstanding experience.
This is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my life he made an appointment with me for 11:00am didn’t call for over an hour I finally reached out no apology from him said he was having problems with a job nothing more I waited for over 3 hours and he finally texted said he’d be there in 8 minutes an hour later I texted him are you lost he texted I’ve been there and left I called and asked why he didn’t call to let me no he was here like every other person who has worked at my house has and he was rude and said I’m a pool guy I went into the back a looked at your pool I’ll se…
