We recently had our pool liner replaced by Perma Pools, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our old liner was well past its prime—very worn and in rough shape—so we were more than ready for an upgrade. The team at Perma Pools made the process smooth and straightforward. This is a great company to work with. While the process did have a few hiccups, the team handled everything professionally and efficiently. We needed to obtain a variance from Greenwood, and Dan took care of everything. There were also a few adjustments needed with the fountain and concrete design, but Dan, Neal, and the team at Spectrum Landscaping were all very responsive and easy to work with. Perma built and installed our pool this past spring of 2025. From start to finish their process was efficient. Logistically trying to balance the build and spring weather made for some pauses, but they communicated any weather issues and their plan to adjust. The staff helped all summer with equipment questions and the included water testing made chemical corrections easy. Pool is ready for a lifetime of enjoyment.

Perma Pools is the best. Every summer they maintain our pool it is always ready to use and perfectly balanced. We used another company for one summer and had nothing but issues. They are responsive and communicate well. The also leave an invoice with every visit that explains what they did and the pools condition. I would highly recommend Perma Pools!
