We utilized Mudslingers this past summer to install our fiberglass pool and cannot say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, communication was perfect. We would get calls and updates of what was happening and what to expect. So many other companies in general lack communication skills and can be so frustrating to know what to expect! Mudslingers is not this way! We really enjoyed working with Kim and Nancy and recommend them to anyone looking for pool installation! We cannot wait to use our pool this summer.

Mud Slingers did an awesome job on our pool! Kim was extremely responsive and very hands on. Their entire team went above and beyond on our 40' fiberglass pool with Hayward salt water equipment and heat pump controlled from my phone.

We love Mudslingers! We wanted a kidney shaped, gunite saltwater pool and they delivered. From the beginning of the process with the planning to the execution they were great to work with. They have lots of options and will work with you and your budget. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make our dream a reality. Mudslingers installed our pool late fall of 2020/spring 2021. Communication is consistently great, and they have always been very helpful with pool troubleshooting over the past year and a half. We noticed a tear in the liner when they finished the install in the spring of 2021 (due to winter weather) and Kim quickly patched it as a temporary fix then warrantied and replaced the liner within a couple weeks. Had a really bad experience after Mudslingers installed our pool. 3 years after install we developed a crack about 10 feet long on one side of the pool. After 15 different attempts to get help, no one ever showed up. They tried to get a sub contractor to come look but never happened. 2 years later all the tile fell off one side of the wall. I begged them to come look and they blamed freeze/thaw damage. I hired a structural engineer and he agreed but not because of my fault, Mudslingers never caulked the expansion joint which allowed water behind the tile and caused the damage. Of course…

So I really Don’t like doing negative reviews but I feel I have no choice. This company gave me an estimate to put in a salt cell system. I noticed two weeks after being installed I lost almost all my pressure to pool. After hiring and paying another full professional to come out, they explained the salt cell was put in before the filter and the heater and the pump which was causing the salt cell to become completely clogged up with leaves. Stay far far away from this company! 4 years later and we are still fixing or correcting issues caused by the horrible installation & services received from this company. I've left many many reviews on BBB and social media (which they deleted). I have pictures and emails to support how awful this company is and the nightmare we've dealt with from day 1! Don't walk RUN from this company! We literally have a list of issues during the process and a whole separate list of issues since this installation!
