To start this review I would like to say, I am sorry I didn’t call them first in 2020. I called Cory’s Pools and spoke to his wife in a panic the end of September with a leak. (She was a gem listening to my melt down! ) I appreciated her kindness!) It was the end of season and they were amazing! Got the new liner ordered and it looks great! I would definitely recommend Pools by Cory . From the design process to the actual build, the entire team was focused on delivering the pool of our dreams. We spoke with several pool installers before choosing Pools by Cory. Cory and his team went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service we receive.

Pools by Cory put our fiberglass pool in this summer. The professionalism was fantastic. Being unsure of what the various sizes and shapes looked like we were shown several pools they installed in customers backyards. Being a newbie at owning a pool I had many questions …I would call the office and someone would call back the same day with an answer. At the completion of our pool - Pools by Cory had someone come to our home to conduct POOL SCHOOL - Our pool is beautiful, and has become a magnet for our grandchildren. Thank you ALL for making our dream become a reality.

I’ve been using Pools By Cory for all my pool needs for several years now and they are absolutely fantastic! They make opening and closing my pool a breeze…always on time, thorough, and efficient. Reliable, cost effective, super knowledgeable AND HONEST!! Our original pool had some pretty major issues, including crumbling concrete, along with age and damage problems with the liner and cover. Pools by Cory (especially Cory and Alex) spent a lot of time with us and gave us repair vs replace options and advice. They helped us talk through and decide on the best approach for our specific needs. Ultimately we ended up with an amazing brand new social/family-geared fiberglass pool that makes us feel like we have a resort in our back yard. Pools By Cory installed my pool in late 2024. Since then they’ve provided excellent service when something doesn’t work and monthly cleaning service. Everyone is so helpful and quick to respond to text and emails. I especially appreciate whenever someone comes over to fix or service the pool they help me understand how to fix it or take care of the pool myself. Excellent service and patience!!

If you want to be ignored then this is the company for you! We contacted for an estimate and spoke to Melissa and another young lady. The finally told us to text them with the information and they would get back to us ASAP. We waited for a week and did not hear back. We reached out again and all they said was “we are busy.” So we waited another week and ask for an update, nothing. Radio silence. If they treat potential customers like this I wonder what happens after you actually sign and they have your money. We had a fiberglass pool installed last fall by Pools by Cory. From sales to installation to training to service - they were great. Very responsive to our needs and although we had a couple of minor problems with the new equipment after it was installed, it was corrected quickly. We are very happy with the result. A special thank you to Melinda who fielded all my emails, texts and calls. She was so sweet and very responsive and she made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Melinda! We highly recommend them.

I would suggest getting a guarantee on the concrete work! Pools by Cory did about 1500 sq ft of concrete around our house and the top surface is literally crumbing after 2 years. I’ve reached out to them on many levels and they don’t seem to care. Period. Your reply is total BS. Told You about the issue last year and contacted you on March 19 of this year and no one has made a single attempt to fix this until TODAY. I have contacted your office about 10 times since March 19 and nothing has happened. Just the run around. It’s a 12 thousand dollar repair I’m eating because you just …
