Matt and his team are unmatched! Early onset we called 6 companies where 3 didn’t even return the call. We went with IPD. This is our 2nd pool by Matt and his team! Lightning damage took out our salt cell and control box, along with the timer for our pool. Innovative Pool 's Carson and Matt replaced everything (including a sand change, a new led light, and multivalve port that were all due to be replaced) in a very timely and professional manner. Being extremely pleased with Innovative Pool Design when they originally installed my pool, I chose to use them again when updating my liner. When the old liner was removed, I was surprised to see how well the underneath and walls still looked after over ten seasons. Great Job! The staff that installed the new liner took their time and paid attention to detail ensuring a proper fit. Thank you to them. I am so fortunate to have found this Company. Their level of professionalism and customer service is amazing. We love our pool, spa and pergola! Your team did an excellent job making our new pool area take shape down to every small detail. Matt, Noah, Jerry, Carson, Chris and others were great to work with and always kept us in the loop.
