Great experience with River Pools of the Carolinas. Spoke with several companies over the span of 6 months before landing with River. The owner Frank was honest and transparent. Enjoyed working with the admin team, Alison and Carla as well. Our project manager, Denny was thorough and handled all our questions and concerns. It’s been 4 years since we had our pool installed by River Pools of Charlotte. This was our first pool and from start to finish Frank and his team made the process seamless. They worked with us during design to provide exactly what we were looking for. They even worked with us to set up visits to pools they had installed so we could get an idea of what we wanted. Construction was quick and painless. Four years later we still love our pool and couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with River Pools of Charlotte.
