But Drew was incredibly patient and accommodating. He guided us through the entire process, helping us design our dream pool. The owner, Jeff, was also incredibly helpful. We had a great overall experience with JAL Pools- we had a handful of issues but JAL addressed each of them and stood behind their work. Justin our project manager was awesome. He was knowledgeable and responsive through out the entire build. I have and will continue to recommend JAL Pools

JAL Pools exceeded my expectations in every respect. They assumed responsibility for my pool project after a previous contractor left the work in extremely poor condition. Jeff at JAL Pools is hands down the BEST contractor we've worked with. He was patient with us as we planned a pool, pivoted, moved, and planned a second pool. Awesome service! Responsive, easy to contact, knowledgable, punctual, pleasant and prompt. They provide top notch service and are pristine in their work. They are very reasonable in their charges - thus providing a great value. Worked with Drew, Justin and Chris. All three are professional and a provide great service!
