We just had our vinyl liner replaced by Jim at Utah Vinyl Pools, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jim was honest and dependable throughout the entire process. He was always available and responsive whenever I had questions, which helped put my mind at ease. The cost was very competitive compared to other bids I received, yet the quality of work was outstanding. Johan arrived when they said he would and did a great job. The new liner looks fantastic, and I highly recommended Jim and his team to anyone looking for a new liner.

Where is the 10 star option? If you aren't using Jim at Utah Vinyl Pools, you are making a mistake. He is, without a doubt, the best. We had a contractor take us for a ride and build us a depressing hole in the ground after 2 years. I finally fired him and got in touch with Jim. Jim came to my house the same day, told me the plan to finish the pool, and wrote up the contract. Jim from the Utah Vinyl Pools was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a great experience Utah Vinyl Pools. We replaced the liner in our 40x20 pool. It's an odd shape in places and was a bit hard to get right. They weren't perfectly happy with the fit, so they came back in the spring and re-did things. It is perfect now. They were in constant communication and we felt like we were Jim's most important customer. I will definitely be using them again going forward. They were very honest and did not expect payment until everything was done to our satisfaction.
