Outstanding Service & Above-and-Beyond Support I can’t say enough good things about this pool maintenance company. Even though they were fully booked until July, I reached out in desperation on May 19 because my pool water had turned a cloudy blue, and I had no idea what I was doing. To my surprise, the lady that took my phone call still took the time to personally walk me through what I needed to do—step by step—over the phone. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with her time. She didn't have to help me, but she went the extra mile and made sure I understood how to start…

Kings Pool and Spa have come through to assist me get my spa back up and running. They responded when no one else would touch it. It was leaking and no longer heating. I was about to be stuck with a big old piece of junk (aka the bone working spa). Mr. King came out, fixed the leak and then they told me they would notify me of the unit to purchase for them to install. I knew it would be a little while because it was summer but they finally were able to get to me, just in time for winter! Thank you King’s Pool and Spa for your great customer service and tackling my spa when no one else in town …

Great service! Punctual, polite and very reasonable service. I will use them from now on. Fixed our spa in a few minutes, clean everything up and took time to education me too.
