We recently had Kirch Improvements replace our old, rotting, unsafe deck. The process was great start to finish. Communication was great. Easy to work with and made sure to cover every detail. Their crew was extremely efficient, always on time and super professional. The deck turned out to be better than we could've ever expected. Highly recommend working with them!

John Kirch was responsive & informative when we met with him to go over our deck requirements. His experience with deck replacements was clearly evident. We are so glad we went with Kirch. Had 5 different companies come in to quote on the tear-down of our existing, very large, elevated wood deck and replace it with a somewhat larger, elevated, composite deck. We narrowed it down to Kirch and one other builder we liked, but went with Kirch because they could meet our timeline (which the other vendor said they would not be able to meet and didn’t think anyone could). I’ve worked with my fair share of contractors over the years, and working with John and Jaclyn was truly top-notch. From the day John came over to look at the project to the day it was completed, it was a pleasure working with them. They were quick to respond to my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and their team’s workmanship was excellent. After meeting John I knew I would get a great deck. He's knowledgeable and professional. The deck exceeded my expectations. John told me that when he started a project he and his team work only on that project until completion. And, that's what they did. We weren't on site while the deck was being built. When we arrived, after the deck was completed, we were in awe. The workmanship is exceptional. I was especially grateful that Kirch Improvements handled the permitting process and even arranged for the required survey. Thank you guys!

Great job. Project was started a week earlier than expected. Everyone worked together and they kept the project going. Project site was cleaned up every evening. John made several suggestions that really improved the look of the deck.
