The team over at Penguin did an amazing job with our fiberglass pool construction from start to finish. Special thanks to Matt for those important initial visits when we had no idea what we were doing, and mapping it all out for us! Our Project Manager Chris was especially responsive and outgoing, and communicated well on each of the next steps as we went along. The entire crew was kind and courteous throughout the whole project. If you're looking for a new pool, we would definitely recommend Penguin!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Penguin Pools for our dream backyard pool project this summer. Service, communication and responsive have gone downhill a measurable and consistent amount the past 5 years. We are switching servicing companies mid-season. Opened pool with salt cell blinking and they still haven’t replaced, didn’t return 3 emails but when I asked to pay for a chemical balance I received a call back in 30 minutes. All they want to do is sell an add-on service not fix root causes of substandard pool performance. There are so many better family owned companies in Lake Country!

Everyone at Penguin Pools did an amazing job with the design and installation of our new fiberglass pool. They have been very responsive to any issues that have arisen since the installation and very quick to fix these issues. They have been a great company to work with and we look forward to working with them over the next years for all our service needs. We love our pool and love working with everyone at Penguin Pools!
