I LOVE my new deck. Well it’s not new, it’s replaced. Kevin and his crew did a great job. The guys were on time and worked hard to complete the job as quickly as they could without compromising quality. Kevin sought my approval through the project to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Everyone from initial contact,Jeremy, to putting the lights on the posts, Steve, has been responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Platinum Decking.
David, Steven, Jeremy, and entire Platinum Decking crew have been fantastic to work with and gave us so much advice from early design consultation, CAD & 3D modeling, varying options (deck material, railing, dimensions, etc,) they utilize diamond pierce as a plus (vs skid steer and digging up new sod), and ultimately shifting to a TREX solution with the new SunComfortable technology saving additional dollars. After getting quotes from multiple vendors getting quotes from each we finally decided on Platinum Decking. Of all the companies that we went to for quotes, Platinum was not the most expensive nor were they the cheapest however they were by far and away the best company. Platinum Decking did a great job on our deck space. What a difference! We replaced an old wood deck(1 photo below) that did okay but now we have wow! (See 3 photos below) Dave and Jeremy guided us through the design and upgraded our home value by a lot! To say that I’m excited about my new deck would be an understatement. From start to finish, Platinum Decking, made the process so simple. I had a great crew who clearly knew what they were doing. With alot of people having bad experiences with contractors, not the case here. I was really impressed on how hard the crew worked and detailed oriented they were. Whenever I had a question, they answered it or fixed the problem. Thank you for a job well done!
