Do not use this company. Long version, I have an inground hottub which they said they could service. Water level would drop to bottom of skimmer basket only when pump ran (take 1/2 to drop 3”). John came out twice and best he came up with was that the leak was in the heater (although when I would run the pump, no water leaked out of heater).$500 for leak detection and estimate to replace heater for $1200. Lastly, now the hottub level drops to bottom of skimmer basket even without running the pump. John said with that change (which only occurred after he worked on the tub), he might be able to …
