Do not use this company. Long version, I have an inground hottub which they said they could service. Water level would drop to bottom of skimmer basket only when pump ran (take 1/2 to drop 3”). John came out twice and best he came up with was that the leak was in the heater (although when I would run the pump, no water leaked out of heater).$500 for leak detection and estimate to replace heater for $1200.
