From the first initial correspondence with LV Aqua Pools, I knew that we were in good hands! We couldn't even get a local pool contractor to come give us a quote. Nick traveled over an hour to our Home to discuss our options and gather what we were looking for. Our experience with Lehigh Valley Aqua Pools could not have been better. Nick, Alex and Frank were excellent to work with every step of the way. They were polite, attentive and professional in every aspect. The only reason I have been a customer of Aqua Pools it’s because they purchased Advance Pool Service in 2024. I have never been so unhappy with a pool service company since I began using Aqua Pools in May 2024. This company is totally unreliable. They never answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. They say people are coming to do the service and those people never show up. There’s always an excuse. Think twice about using this company to service your pool, open it, close it, or take care of any issues you have with your inground pool.

Worst pool service ever. They never answer the phone and when they answer they are so upset and rude. One of them finally answered me and gave me another number to call and when I tried to call this other person sever times, he went crazy and started yelling at me and calling me names. This is the worst experience I have ever seen with any company who provides paid services. trying to find a better pool service .
