Maddox Custom Pools did an AMAZING job to transform our dull backyard into our own little oasis! They handled everything from design, engineering, structure, HOA permits, and down to the tiny details to make everything perfect. They were always responsive and willing to go above and beyond. Pools are tricky, so if you want a quality pool that will last you and your family through the years, go with Maddox!

I am updating my previous review. We had our pool installed 9 years ago and we are still enjoying it every day. Our experience with Maddox during planning and construction of the pool and spa was fantastic. We always get compliments on our pool. The pebble finish still sparkles like new and the travertine pavers and wall still look great. I highly recommend Maddox.

We couldn’t be more please with our patio project. The quality of construction and materials are beyond our expectations and we have developed true friendships with Joe and Brent, the frontmen on our project. Additionally, the trades are highly professional and go the extra mile to provide first class quality customer service. We look forward to additional projects in the future!

I called to get availability information and the receptionist was very rude and condensing. I would have love to use this company, but customer service is important to me. Note to this company, Its not what you say but HOW you say it.

I wish I could give 100 stars! From the moment I met with Steve, I knew I was in good hands. He really listened to my ideas and brought a level of expertise that made me feel completely confident moving forward. The quality of work is top notch. We had a great experience with Maddox Pools and Landscaping. They did beautiful job on our pool and outdoor kitchen. Excellent customer service and took about 8 weeks for completion. Highly recommend!
