John Mancha and his hard-working crew completely transformed our muddy backyard into our own backyard resort. John’s knowledge and expertise won us over. His ideas and understanding of what we wanted was spot on. His crew were able to carry out the job from start to finish without the need for separate contractors for landscaping etc, unlike the other pool building companies we were looking at. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the quality of their work, I can't recommend this company enough. The owner (my dad) is one of the hardest-working people I know. He takes so much pride in every job and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done the right way not just the easy way. He's honest, dependable, and treats every customer with respect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with and wants them to be happy with the finished result. My wife and I hired Mancha to build a gunite pool for us and a concrete seawall. It's been less than two years - we have multiple leaks, multiple problems with the electronics on the pool and they are either very slow to respond or non-responsive. I would not recommend this company. Workmanship is poor, price is on the high end, and customer service is lousy. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
