I'm so happy to see my newly rehabilitated pool! Kaitlyn and Grant did amazing work, coordinating updated plumbing, skimmers, tile and new coping plus deck. Patience, allowing work to fit in around some challenging weather, was rewarded in the end. Mid-American Gunite Pools delivered all that I could hope for, and more. It is a pleasure to work with both of them. I can't wait to jump in (once the heat gets me back to a comfy temperature)!

Mid-American installed our pool over 30 years ago for the original homeowner and it was time for an update. They are truly gunite experts but also terrific to work with. They communicated all the way through the process and made it easy. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous and they follow through. They were excellent to work with and I highly recommend them.

Mid American Pools did a total renovation to our 16 year old gunite pool. We worked with Kaitlyn on what needed to be done, the contract, and product selection. She was always available in a timely manner to answer and follow-up on questions. When the renovation started we worked with Charlie. When issues arose, Charlie provided recommendations on how to address them and was very transparent in pros and cons, and costs. Our experience with Mid American Pools was excellent. They are a very professional and reliable company.

Mid American Pools has exceptional service and wonderful install. My family has used Mid American for service over a decade and installed two pools and cannot speak highly enough about their team. Kevin, Andy, Matt and Roho are all incredible.

We are first time pool owners and Mid-American has been great from construction to finish. Kevin is always so helpful and really took the time explaining things to us with “pool school”. We use the weekly cleaning maintenance- Dylan was courteous and did a great job with one of our first season opening cleanings.
