Not a good experience at all... Decided to use this company to replace liner, because they installed the pool many years ago. That was a mistake, POOR customer service. They never return calls. To this day I still have not heard from Darren, who Kevin (installer) specifically said would call me. When I would call they would transfer me to "back phone". Which recording specifically said dont call back, just leave a message. So we had a liner installed at the beginning of the year. Later to find a bulge with sharp edges under the liner. My husband and I purchased a pump for our pool 1 year and 11 days ago, so the warranty had already expired. The pump was running and working fine, but the pump had to be turned off for a few minutes and when we went to turn it back on, it wouldn't start. We called Cincinnati Pool and Patio and they told us to bring the pump to the store and they would take a look at it. We arrived at the store about 45 minutes later and the gentleman working in the store immediately found an issue with the capacitor. We purchased a semi-inground pool from Cincy Pool and patio. Overall I would recommend them. They worked with us on our backyard layout which was best suited for this type of pool and the area we had available. While there were a few delays in addressing some questions and some adjustments to the pool equipment, Matt and Mark have stood behind their work and we are very happy. A note: CPP did the excavation and pool install. We separately added the patio and bought the skirting from them and installed it ourselves around the pool. Out of 3 Doughboy dealers, Cincinnati Pool and Patio had the best pool package quote but it didn't include everything I wanted. Salesman Cameron Kennedy was very helpful explaining my options over the phone. I then decided to get better visual detail at the store and Saleslady Chris assisted me with all my questions and made me feel at ease. The following week I picked up some of my items. Salesman Cameron Kennedy was there to assist me. Immediately he was very professional, outgoing and friendly. He had everything ready to go making sure my order was correct. Where's the 10 stars??

The most caring, kind and knowledgeable Pool store in the city! Every employee goes out of their way to help troubleshoot, talk you through something and share their expertise. No service after the sale I spent $5,500 to have a liner put in last fall and put the cover on immediately. I took the cover off only to find that the liner was falling out of the groove. Of course according to Cincinnati Pool and Patio it was my fault. Don't get anything done with Cincinnati Pool and Patio they are only there to take your money if you need any help after the sale forget it. I had to pay somebody more money to come and install it the right way. Stay away!!

Matt Robertson was awesome. He figured out the problem with my Dolphin pool cleaner and saved me lots of money by not needing to buy a new one. Highly recommend seeing Matt if you need help
