I purchased a pool from Eastgate Pool and Spa. They were extremely competitive compared to other quotes I received. The sales team were extremely helpful providing us with plenty of options leading to purchasing a suitable pool. The install process was hassle free, it took a few weeks for the install which was understandable given the scope of work. I would recommend using Eastgate Pool and Spa to Family and Friends

Craig was great to work with (we took years to decide to "take the plunge") and he never pressured us but always followed up when he said he would. Everyone involved in our project was great from start to finish. They graded our yard out with the dirt from the inground pool so we didn't have to haul anything away. The pool turned out even better than we had envisioned. Every call was answered or returned, I even had the construction manager's direct cell number for questions and he answered outside of normal business hours. Most others were 2 years or more out. They were pretty busy when I walked in but it wasn't long before an employee asked if I needed help and got me to what I needed quickly. Very inviting and comfortable store/showroom. I'll definitely be back.

Horrible service! Never have I been treated so poorly in a business. Two employees raised their voice to me while trying to get my pool water checked. I decided not to patronize the business and the older of the two confronted me at the counter. Nasty people. I bought my pool from them 12 years ago and have always purchased my supplies here. Never again. I know service is not what it used to be but, come on.

When you pay over $450 for a pool opening, you would think it would include basic cleaning and vacuuming. I called and asked after the opening. I think it was Matt I spoke with. He said in over 40+ years of opening pools we have never manually vacuumed a pool. Ok. Lesson learned. Do not use Eastgate Pools. In the 10 years I've had my pool opened it has never not included brushing the walls and vacuuming. Sadly, my regular local pool guy retired at the end of last season.

The only reason I’m giving one start is bc the 2 Guys that just left were Super nice guys- but they still charged me 650$ to not fix the issue. So now I’m just even poorer still with a non working hot tub. They replaced the heating element that didn’t need to be replaced apparently. I don’t think it was the technicians fault but I’m not happy. Unless they someone make this right I’ll won’t go back and neither should you.
