We had an incredible experience with David and Jason. We have experienced a leak since we opened our pool. We are first time pool owners. Their process took 3 hours. They explained every step and educated us on information we didn’t know. They were thorough in every part of the process. They reassured us on any concerns we had. We've used Millennium Pools to open, close and service our pool (as needed) for approximately the last five years. After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. Millinium have provided us with roughly 25 years of residential service. I have gotten the pool renovated and turned out better than expected. Yan Lorenas and Elmer Lopez did a wonderful job. All the other employees also go over and above. The pool looks brand new and we couldn't be happier.The owner of the company Hank is excellent to his employees because they are above average in everything they do. Very the courteous behavior from everyone.Highly recommend Millinium Pools for all your pool needs.

I’ve been a customer of Millennium Pools and Spa for many years, and my recent experience was excellent. A father-and-son team, David and Jason, came out to open my pool for the season and did a fantastic job. They carefully followed my instructions on where to store the equipment and left the area clean and tidy when they finished. Both were courteous and polite throughout the process. They’re a great addition to the team!

Millennium pools helped me with a fairly significant leak in my pool that they diagnosed last fall and we went ahead and started work on repairs in the spring. Yan Lorenas in the office gave me all the different options and was patient with me as I decided which way to go. We decided to replace the leaking lines and Mladen and the crew arrived on the scheduled day and he explained everything that would be done and the work was done in a timely manner. Thus yer, Serhat has been the pool support technician and not only has he done an excellent job making the pool sparkle and look good, but he has been invaluable in communicating my concerns to the service team and the directors to resolve issues. Extremely poor communication for my pool project. The company never provided information, timelines, or status updates at any time. Requests to get informations took days have someone response. Immediately upon the project being complete, my pool lost 1.5-2” of water per day. The company has not responded to my calls or emails after a week. Lastly, they have no problem charging payment when the work has not started or incomplete. Avoid Millenium Pools if possible.

Serhat is the man! He’s efficient, timely and respectful - does a great job. The rest of the team are also super helpful - highly recommended
