I’ve been using this pool service for a while now, and they’ve been outstanding. They installed our pool heater and did the pool plastering last year, and both projects were done with incredible attention to detail and everything has held up beautifully. On top of that, they respond extremely quickly and are always friendly and easy to work with. The technicians are knowledgeable, punctual, and always take the time to explain what they’re doing. My pool has never looked better. Excellent service, fair pricing, and great communication. Highly recommend.

B&D pools was very quick to respond to my inquiries and was able to order and install a winter cover for my new pool very quickly. They walked me through the process and explained everything since I was a new pool owner. I would recommend their services!

Let me begin by saying I know what a bad contractor is. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on an attempted pool renovation with two separate contractors that wound up with the pool being unused and in a condition that defied explanation for nine years. See the first photo. The frogs enjoyed it. Then I found B&D. They are old world. They come from a mindsight not typically found in American attitudes. For years, I’ve battled trying to keep the chemicals in balance and the green out of our pool by myself. This year I made the very wise decision to hire B & D pools to take care of it for me. They do a fantastic job every week, and I’m able to simply go out and enjoy my pool. I highly recommend using them.

Met at my home to get estimate for new tile, new coping stone and replaster. Price was good. Never sent standard proposal with all the language just an emailed number. When they sent proposal, it had a large amount of inaccurate information because I had done a lot of the demo. They saw that on their visit. They sent a standard proposal contract that’s for a regular job. When I went thru the contract to redline it to make it accurate, they cancelled the job.
