I hired System Pools to repair my swimming pool heater. System Pools responded promptly, and had someone out the very next day. The service technician (owner) was extremely knowledgeable and already familiar with the Jandy JXI heater. He informed me that the company that installed my pool (Catalina) wasn’t great about installing the correct equipment for saltwater pools. Which was exactly the case with my 5 year old heater, which needed to be replaced due to a combustion chamber leak. System Pools had the correct Jandy JXI model in stock, and replaced the heater the next morning. Issue solved……

Closing the pool a day before a snowstorm is easy! I called 5-6 companies, many simply didn't answer the phone. This team quickly took the order and the next day they were already saving our pool from the frost. They closed it quickly, efficiently, and precisely. Thank you so much. Called Dado at System Pools - gave me quote over phone for top of line Babyloc fencing (6 grandkids under 5 that I can't keep up with) - Dado came to my place to measure and answer any of my questions - like where the gate should go - and how it should open - and got new quote for $1000 less...they installed without downpayment...workers worked hard and drilled clean holes in pool sidewalk - all looks great and safe!!! Thanks Dado and Nick and your great installers! They cleaned up nicely too...

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. During my pool opening, they were unable to identify or repair a leak that resulted in a significant loss of water and additional expense. I was told the issue could not be fixed. I later hired another pool company, and they found and repaired the problem in about 10 minutes. According to the technician, the leak was caused by a winterizing plug that had not been properly tightened during the opening. I also had concerns about the quality of the opening service. Stay away. They installed a new heater for my pool that didn’t work from day 1. Took 2 months to get them back out. When they came back unannounced, they stayed for 5 minutes and said to increase the pump speed. When that didn’t help, they texted me a number to the manufacturer and told me to deal with it. The manufacturer sent another vendor who discovered that the heater was broken, it wasn’t new it was 4 years old, and the venting was installed with the wrong materials and upside down. That had to be completely redone. The manufacturer ended up giving me a brand new heater and installed it …

Been through more than my share of pool service folks. Two years the two companies left the pool green unless you fork out thousands and thousands every month. The last year the other company contract just allowed them to use you as an unlimited expense account which was almost five figures and just found out they stole my pool filter. Had a rough start, but as soon as the owner, Nick, got involved, everything was fixed within 48 hrs, and my pool looks fantastic!
