Outstanding service from start to finish! Kristan is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain any issues, recommends only what’s truly needed. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I have been a customer with Hydratech now for four years and wanted to share my satisfaction with their service. I was not a previous pool owner and had no experience with maintenance and other issues. Kris and the other Hydratech technicians as well as the administrative staff were very patient in working with me as I gained the necessary knowledge. They went out of their way to assist me and came out when I encountered issues (fortunately not many!). My neighbor had issues with his pool and they were able to diagnose and fix these and now service his home as well. Cannot say enough good…
We contracted with Hydratech for a complete renovation of our 30 year old pool. We worked with Kris from start to finish and we absolutely loved his teams work. He had great communication throughout the entire process. He was flexible with some last minute changes we made and offered great advice when we needed it. We are so happy with how our new tile, coping and plaster turned out!
Kris and company have been great at what they do. They were the company who could close my autofill at the end of the season, and just a few days ago he had a crew of three men install; my new Meyco cover. They spent 4hrs in freezing cold and did a superb job. Looks like their business model is working well and I am glad to promote them by joining in all the other 5 star reviews.
Hydratech opened our pool this year. They did a thorough cleaning, and inspected our equipments carefully. A brand new sand filter was installed and is working perfectly. Chris also replaced several pieces broken tile. Great job with reasonable price, strongly recommended.
Chris and Dean were amazing Good communication and very kind - all explanations were simple to understand. They left it all clean and nice!
We had a great experience with this pool company, especially Christon. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Our pool has never looked better, and he was always reliable, punctual, and friendly during each visit. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. We highly recommend this company and appreciate all of Christon's hard work keeping our pool clean and well-maintained!
