Our pool liner came off track on Monday, I immediately was able to speak to a person. They came out Tuesday and determined our 7yr old cover needed replacement. They were back at the end of the day Wednesday installing the new cover. Looks great and great communication by the team. I will definitely use again and I highly recommend them for your pool cover needs.

Extremely responsive! The technicians arrived the day after I called, diagnosed the problem, had the required parts with them and left in less than an hour. They were very professional and friendly while they were working and communicated what they were doing. Everything is working great and the grandkids can go swimming today!
Absolutely wonderful ! I called in a panic because I was told to do something and all that other company did was set me up for disaster. Hoosier pool covers rescued us . They worked us in the schedule the next morning and had our automatic cover back in working order . They were very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to do things and what not do . They will most definitely be my fist call for any of my cover problems . Just all around great people.
