My Pool People provided top notch service. Our previous pool service company which happened to be the builder of the pool as well quit responding to calls, so we tried these folks when their flyer was received from the mailbox. The guys were always very professional when they came out, and the pool always looks great when they are done. Any repairs are always handled on the spot and at a very fair price. I highly recommend My pool people for any of your pool needs.

The guys were always conscientious when they came out, and the pool looked great when they were done. Any repairs were done quickly and they didn't gouge me on prices when things need fixing.
Same story with everyone below who wrote a one star review. The owner is nice and personable, and presumably knowledgeable. But that doesn't mean much when he stops responding to calls or texts, your pool turns dark green, and you can't get anyone to close it for winter. This was just about the worst experience I've ever had.
My usual pool guy was unable to help me close my pool. I contacted My Pool People because I like working with small local businesses. They were on time, very thorough and took exactly the amount of time they said they would. In the Spring when I open the pool again, this may be my new pool service company.
After signing a contract 6 weeks into them cleaning my pool they cancel my service. They also canceled 3 other people I also know that I recommend. Worst service and experience I have ever experienced! Would not recommend to anyone
Revising this review although it probably doesn't matter since the business is closed. Paid through end of season close, only to learn from a former employee that the business was closed without notice. No response or refund from owner and highly disappointed in recommending this business. Always try to work with and support local, small business owners, but this time I got the short end of the stick.
Took my pre-pay for the 2019 season, only did opening and 1 month of service, then completely stopped answering texts, calls, emails. I sued him in small claims court and received a favorable judgement.
Worst possible experience. Took our money, didn't finish the job. Stopped answering/returning calls and texts, emails bounce back. Absolutely terrible. Would give 0 stars if possible
