National Pool saved the day for us. We were under contract with Sylvan and had nothing but issues, couldn’t get answers to questions, chasing people down, we were fed up… (do not use Sylvan Pools! They owe us a refund and won’t even return our calls or emails!!! Dan stepped right up, gave a us a great deal (no more then we would have spent on the remainder of the Sylvan work), finished the work in 2 weeks, start to finish! AMATEUR HOUR ALL DAY LONG! Regrettably, I went with National to replace my in-ground pool liner and replace some concrete decking. I signed a contract on May 5th and the liner wasn’t installed until the last week of July. It wasn’t easy getting ahold of someone in the Lawrenceville office and I left several messages for the owner who never returned any of my calls. My experience with National pools/spa @ Lawrenceville was good mainly because of the services provided by Vishal. His knowledge and availability helped me tremendously through the process of renovating our 35 year old plaster pool.

Everytime I walk in with a pool issue the very knowledgeable employees give me great advice that gets me results (clear blue pool). Nice selection of pool equipment and prices that are on par with online retailers.

I recently hired National Pools and Spas, to replace my vinyl liner. I was absolutely thrilled with the technicians Louis, Cesar and Josue that were dispatched to my home. Louis and crew were clearly well trained in the replacement process and restoration of needed repairs. I can honestly say that this crew was the A-Team. I am so happy with the work performed. On time, very neat workers and a very high level of integrity and skill. I highly recommend National Pools and Spas for liner replacements. Well Done!

Update: 2 yrs later, Mike & Jamie remain the dream team! A piece of our filter cracked when we opened the pool for the season. I texted Mike a picture on a Saturday morning, he called me right back, quickly found the part I needed and Jamie helped me get it covered under warranty with zero hassle and a big smile. Working with this National has continued to be one of the best choices we've made for our backyard!
