Great professionals! We had a wonderful experience with Nelson Pool Company, now under new ownership. Anthony and his hardworking crew did a fantastic job of refinishing and updating our pool and deck. The project was closely supervised and the communication was prompt and courteous. We had a leak for about 4 years but it was so slight we thought it was evaporation but in the last 6 months it was about 1/2 inch per day so we had Florida pool leak locators come out and find the leak for us and they were unable to find it and even if they did they were not equipped to do any type of major repair. After doing a 2 week bucket test I determined it was either the waterfall or the floor cleaning system after doing some digging I found water about two feet down behind 1 of the waterfalls. I reached out to 4 companies I googled on the internet only 1 answered Nelson Pool repair and…

We found Nelson pool company from a referral and are so happy we did. We had an aging pool that needed some help and they had great ideas and made our vision come true. Very rude sales kid, I cant imagine how much business they're losing due to their bad attitude, fail to quote, doesnt return calls, and talks down to you like you're bothering him. He didnt appear to know much about pools, either. Everything he said was off. Like you cant do this, cant do that, this is a challenge, etc. When I repeated it to other companies they laughed and said no problem they can do it. I dont think this sales kid has ever had a pool or proper sales training. rule #1, dont talk down to your customers like they're stupid.

Had 2 salespeople show up, a nice older gentleman and a cocky young guy who talked to my wife and I like we couldn't afford his tile pool decking around our pool. Then acted as if our pool wasn't nice enough. Bragged about how fast and easy they quote. Weeks later and many follow up calls and the rude cocky sales guy still hasn't quoted. I don't even care if its cheaper, they're losing the business based on the attitude of the younger sales rep. We're choosing a different company and spending $40k, I guess that's not good enough for this company.
