We hired Sarasota Pool Water Pros and, at first, everything seemed fine. The pool looked clean, the water was clear, and we had no complaints. After a few months, however, we noticed discoloration developing on the bottom of the pool. We contacted our pool installation company, and after inspecting it, they told us the bottom was not being properly cleaned by our pool service. Ray was fantastic! We had an emergency situation where our tenant found a dead rat in the pool on a Sunday evening. After calling him, he was there in 20 minutes, Rat gone, and pool treated, all on a Sunday afternoon. First time calling him, immediate service, on a Sunday - just everything that a home owner dreams of. I will definitely be calling him again and I would recommend him to everyone.
