Horrific company. Bought a brand new house and Wellen park with a brand new pool from holiday pools. The pitch of the pavers isn’t right. There were many issues with the pavers paint etc. Lennar the builder decided to do a hot wash to fix it. All that did is make it worse they came today to redo the coping. Left my pool looking like one of those zombie house flood. Motor all on the bottom of the pool and hot tub. The he water is green. We had our pool built by Holiday Pools, and unfortunately, our experience with their warranty service has been extremely disappointing. We have had a defective shear descent tile feature since installation, and for over two years, we have made repeated attempts to contact the company by phone and email to have this issue repaired under warranty. Despite these consistent efforts, we have received little to no response and no resolution. This is our first pool and we are so happy we chose Holiday Pools to build it for us! Lauren was our sales and she was awesome to work with helping me to choose the perfect tile and pavers. I even got my waterfall I’ve always wanted! The construction crews were always respectful of my property and very polite. Ray was my CM and I communicated any issues I had and he rectified them either immediately or within a reasonable time frame. The process was smooth and easy. I had a great experience with Holiday Pools of West Florida. They were efficient and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was handled quickly without sacrificing quality, and my pool has never looked better. Holiday Pools did an amazing job on our pool. Working with John was so easy. I tend to ask a lot of questions especially on such a large investment and not once did he seemed to bothered or annoyed. Great team of people to work with if you are looking!! Great value for what we received.

Grant Pool aka Holiday pools has poor communication or wanting to fix their poor built pool. The first picture is 6 months after completion 12/2024. I have been thrown under a rug since December 2024 trying to get this fixed. From Kay at Grant pool to Dan and now waiting on a call from Kat. Going on 2 years and just getting worse

Had an issue with a bubbler light and called them. Was told they needed to wait for a part. Next day they showed up and replace the light. Amazingly fast. Did a great job.

We had an emergency repair at our pool heater and Dustin was kind enough to get us on their repair schedule immediately. He was transparent about their labor and parts costs which were very reasonable, so there were no surprises once the repairs were completed. Also, a shout out to Dan who assisted Dustin and Pedro who performed the repairs in a very professional and efficient manner.
