Luke, David, Jessica, and all those at Neptune are great. They quoted a build, came out to start and completed a bit earlier than planned. Took great care to make sure everything was done well, worked, and even added some considerate extras along the way to make things function and look fantastic. Thanks Neptune

We are extremely pleased with Neptune Pools. Our project had a few delays, as expected in todays environment, and we had a few things to navigate. Engineered wall, being on a golf course and dealing with more stringent requirements, and the slope of our yard. While their communication can be lacking at time and was due to needing 1-2 more people at the office, they 100% stand behind their product. They will come out as much as needed to make sure all the details are fixed. That is what I was told about Neptune and for me that is the most important part of dealing with a contractor. They are great when they pitch to get hired but absolutely rude and lack understanding when something needs to be repaired. It will be beautiful initially but it will not last. Once the build is complete, good luck they are always busy and find excuses not to come correct their negligence. Dont let the warranty (1yr) expire they won’t even send someone to examine or help with repairs regardless of whether they completed the instillation improperly. Pay attention to the reviews it’s consistent their build fails. Don’t let them fool you look at their client had to edit their original review. The…

We had our pool installed by Neptune Pools last year. While not everything went exactly as planned, what truly stood out was how Neptune handled every bump along the way. Their customer service was second to none. Most recently, we had an issue with a pool light that needed replacing. Neptune jumped into action—it was all hands on deck to make things right. My pool and spa was constructed at an in-town Atlanta home with very limited access to the backyard. The construction required detailed coordination with the GC and the site subcontractor. Nick's highly skilled very efficient team did a great job in executing a difficult installation. After the rough installation, follow-on tweaks and coordination with other subcontractors was very smooth. I was very impressed with a drain-cover tweak that was needed long after the install and use of the pool and spa. Neptune Pools is a company that deserves 5+ stars. Nick Pappas (the owner) is honest and will deliver on what he says. He built my pool over 6 years ago and it’s has been amazing. Zero issues (other than normal maintenance like lights) with the pool and it works beautifully. I highly recommend the self cleaning option. It’s expensive but so worth it. Nick and his whole team are responsive and kind whenever I reach out. Neptune may not be the cheapest but they are the best and with pools, you want the best!

Absolutely the worst pool company on the planet. We had a new pool that we spent $120,000 on and they could not fix the drainage issues they caused. The very expensive pool cover still doesn't work 6 1/2 years later. Steer clear from this place.

We interviewed 3 pool contractors to discuss our pool design, scope, and pricing. Neptune’s price was in line with the other bids we received and we selected Neptune to install our pool, pool deck pavers/turf, and fountains. While the other two pool installers seemed like they’d be difficult to deal with, Nick, the owner, was really easy to work with, very responsive, and gave a lot of great advice along the way.
