Excellent customer service in the office and their technicians in the field. Great price and their quality of work is exceptional. I use them to maintain my pool and they keep it clear and safe to swim in. I recently had NBWS replace my pool heater with a new Jandy 4000,000Btu pool heater and they were able to get it done the same week I contacted them. The new heater is 4-times faster than my old heater.

This is the second year I had them clean the equipment and the pool. They are reliable, professional, courteous, and provided me with honest options able my pool sweep. Since I changed out the pool sweep last year, the pool has never looked better all year round!

I don’t have an account there but I needed the pool cleaned cause of my crazy work schedule and they did a great job cleaning the pool! I did have to wait about 5 days because I’m not on their normal schedule so Make sure you think ahead if your in the same boat

So far excellent service. I got an estimate for a large amount of cleanup. The gentleman who came out was thorough and explained everything in detail. I decided to hire them . The office staff was polite and friendly when setting up my account and getting everything started. I will write more when the job is done.

I have to say, my pool company has been absolutely outstanding. Anytime there’s an issue with my pool equipment, they respond quickly, diagnose the problem accurately, & order whatever parts are needed. They even take the time to check different suppliers to help keep costs down, which I really appreciate. My pool always looks beautiful - clean, clear, & a gorgeous shade of blue. They service it every week & have never let me down. Reliable, professional, & truly dedicated to their customers. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
