We had some tiles missing on our pool. We contacted Northern pool and spa. They sent a qualified and hard-working technician over. He ground out the old grout cemented in the new tiles and now it looks as good as new. Professional service at its best.

Northern Pool and Spa did exactly what they said they would do. They took out the old pool pump and installed the new one. With the high cost to install I’m surprised they never even tested it before they left. I had the breaker off and all they had to do was turn it on. So when I got home I had to prime the water through the filter and pump of my inground pool. I then noticed the new pump pipe was leaking. However, when I did contact them they did come out to fix it in two days so that was nice of them.

Trevor Callahan came to my new (old) house and was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about everything pool-related. He gave me an excellent class - which I videoed for reference - in pool pump usage, pool cleaning, chemicals, and maintenance. He was patient as a saint! I have been very pleased with Northern Pools overall and would definitely recommend them.

We chose northern pool to install our gunite pool and have been enjoying it since 2021. Peter & Steve made the planning and install process a breeze while meeting every timeline needed. The very important part of ongoing support for maintaining the pool has been amazing. Taylor, Sheri& Patty have helped us through maintaining the pool over the last few years and have been instrumental in our success keeping the pool looking and being great. Highly recommend the Northern Pool team from start to ongoing finish.
