Got a radiant pool installed by the crew. Did an awesome job when he said it would get done. Easy to work with very informative. Great all around experience.

They closed my pool in October, and were supposed to open it in May. Charged me thousands of dollars in chemicals and rebalancing efforts and I still can't swim in it in August. Blame has been placed on above-average-rain, closing it while it was green, and using a cartridge style filter that they sold me (system itself was installed by previous owners). Blame has also been placed on inexperience, but I thought that I was paying them for experience and insight. I think I've shocked the pool 8 times at this point and followed every direction. Rick's is a fantastic pool company. They installed an inground and hottub this summer and we could not be happier with him or his crew!!

Not even sure where to start, but I did call them told him I needed some attachments for my new pump that I had just bought and the guy that I spoke to said to take pictures cause that always helps so I did. I show up there yesterday and he finds out that I had bought a Hayward Pump off-line. He would no longer help me. He said to me I have no patience for people that do not buy their pumps from us. Sorry I did buy my attachments and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and she was sorry for what had happened, but it doesn’t Change the fact that you just don’t treat customers that way…

From our first impression, walking into the store to Rick coming to our house for a quote, we were met with the most friendly of people. Rick was able to answer all our questions and help us decide the best above-ground pool. We shopped around to various pool installers/stores and were very impressed with the expertise we encountered.
