I would highly recommend Pool Builders of Maine. When we sent out inquiries to multiple pool companies at the end of the Summer of 2020, they were the only ones to even respond to us. The women who answered the phones were super helpful and guided us through the process of figuring out cost and scheduling our installation. When Scott came to talk with us about the placement of the pool, design, cost, and so on, he was professional, informed, and honest. We had our above ground pool put in the ground last fall to let the dirt settle per Scott.The pool was finished in June. We are happy with the pool and service we had to finish the pool. To the cement and fencing recommendations from Scott. It made our pool experience like Paradise. I recommend Pool Builders to give fun!!

I had a pool done in July with the frustration of being the date of insulation continuously being pushed back. Now my pool was not set right and its pushing up into my liner we had an agreement that the pool would be fixed before Labor day they keep telling me they are coming but never show and little no communication on there part. I'm working on getting my pool fixed right the hard way that nobody would ever want to deal with. Do not hire them to do you pool very poor communication experience.

Terrible. Pool Builders of Maine put a pool in the first week of June with the agreement that they would leave my yard "mowable" and they would install the fence if I purchased the materials. I texted and called Jim for 3 months straight regarding the fence and remaining fill and every time I got the same song and dance that he was busy but about to get to it. After realizing Jim was full of empty promises, I had to hire a landscaper myself to bring in the fill as I still have a cliff off the back of my pool. They did a great job on the install. But no service now.. It was a total surpraise for my wife. They were able to scedule around the weather and our vacation. When we got home she was surprised. When done no tire marks, sand or stuff laying around. Exactly where I wanted it. Now I can not get them to come back for service or even call me. But great pool and price just no service.
