We really enjoyed working with Shelly on the design and concept we wanted to create for our backyard, she was amazing! Mike was in charge on the actual install which was on time, he communicated with me at the end of each day. Derek and Brandon did "pool school" with me to ensure I could properly take care of the pool, explaining everything and providing videos to help later. Derek even gave me his number to text questions, which I have done and he answered immediately. Can't wait for the warm weather to start enjoying our backyard dream! We were so happy when we were able to have a fiberglass pool in our small yard. Shelly, our sales person was amazing and answered hundreds of questions patiently and professionally. The company provided great communication through the whole process. We now have a beautiful oasis to create lasting memories!

We are SO thankful that we chose Premiere pools & spas for our pool project. Not only were they extremely thorough in the options and design process, but they were super fun and friendly to work with. Always quick to answer questions and very knowledgeable about the install. They build a LOT of pools, yet you always feel like they are putting you first. Big shoutout to Derick and Ken for that - you don’t always find that in businesses these days! From Shelly, to Mike, to Derek, and all the crew that showed-up (sometimes in inclimate weather) to getter-done and to getter done right. Shelly was great at navigating us through pool to selection (style/size) base on yard layout and associated suggested some landscaping ideas based on the layout of our yard. Mike kept me updated through all phases of the project and made it clear the important things to be aware of as the project unfolds.
