I have had Quality Pool Service for a couple of years now. I would recommend them. Most important to me is when things don’t go to plan or I have an issue that isn’t part of normal schedule they are extremely attentive and on top of it. They have a good ethic of taking care of the customer no matter what and doing it very quickly. Companies can give great service but when something unexpected happens how efficiently can they take care of it? This company is very good at giving a great customer experience.

I hired this company to come out and remodel my entire pool in January 2024. I also had them swap out my pool equipment so that I would essentially have a brand new pool. Everything went smoothly with the remodel and resurface. Pool pump and heater were switched out. I was promised that the pop up gears and T-Clips would all be replaced. Unfortunately this did not occur, and I didn’t find out until later. In August 2024 one of my pop ups broke and I rehired them to come out and replace it. Quality Pools has been performing weekly service and regular maintenance on numerous pools in communities I manage. They are always quick to respond to questions and service calls!

Former customer of about 3 years and watched my service degrade over time. Poor communication and frankly a feeling of not caring from them. Moved on 10x better with new company.

Beware of this company. After long bad services with this company not worth keeping them in business. They change service workers and hire anyone and without the proper training, they are on the job by themselves making a mess on the pools. They lack acknowledgment and consistency in their schedule and work. They always shortcut in the chemicals and many times my pool turned green and it took many calls for them to fix it. I would not recommend this company for any work or services also they overcharge you for anything they feel like. This is the same issue with all of their customers. The ow…
