We’ve been using Palms Pool LLC for many years and have always had a great experience. They do an excellent job keeping our pool clean and looking its best. Their customer service is outstanding, they’re dependable, responsive, and easy to work with. It’s nice knowing our pool is consistently taken care of without having to worry about it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pool service!

We have used palms pools for years. At first they were good then our pool guy got lazy and our pool was awful. We complained repeatedly until we were assigned another gentleman who was good but for the past few months he doesn’t vacuum the pool, barely skims the pool and sometimes doesn’t even show up our pool always has dirt on the bottom and the sides are never cleaned properly. He never cleans the skimmer basket never mind the filter. I would not waste my time with them as they never return a call.

I originally had a nice young man cleaning my pool. He unfortunately sold to this company and they had a very good pool guy at first so I didn't mind. Something happened to him and the new guy they "hired" (I assume he's a sub contractor) would only come to my pool and dump 1 yellow chlorine container in it and leave. I brought this up many times over the months and even had to buy my own chemicals to fix the mess he would leave consistently. My kids would have to skim the pool themselves before they could swim. Horrible customer service. I called to report that my pool tech came through my gate, parked in my driveway and left 3 minutes later (all on our camera). Never received a call back. After emailing several times, I was told she didn't "feel the need" to call me back because they believe their pool tech who said he cleaned the pool. I asked them if they would like to see the camera footage and was told they didn't need to see it. I now see that they are continuing to charge my credit card even many weeks after I terminated their services. Total fraud.

We have used Palms Pool for years. Gabe comes each week and is so pleasant, efficient, professional, timely, talented. He goes the extra mile for us. He truly cares about doing a great job and keeps our pool sparkly, clear and so refreshing to jump into! We feel fortunate to have found a pool company who we can depend on and trust. I cancelled Palms Pool in June because they sought to charge me double for required repairs. I cancelled the monthly service by email and notified them not to charge me for July. They did so anyway. Now they are totally unresponsive to my many phone calls to obtain a refund.
