Jason has been helping us for over 20 years and has always given excellent service! Recently he was a few weeks out for an appointment, like every pool company, and he took the time to call and help me diagnose over the phone so we could get the pool running for a party! He also recommended a great tile/ coping stone guy who came off season to fix our pool! Paradise Pools is the BEST!

The review is pretty straightforward and hopefully gives an idea of our experience. We as any pool owner have had issues with the pool or hottub and Paradise Pools have fixed those issues. This was our experience……. First their timeline for construction was fairly accurate. It wasn’t perfect given that our house was being remolded and a full yard landscape was taking place but they managed very well and Jason did a great job getting a final product. Their pool service amounted to 3 minutes two weeks ago. During the same visit he spent 13 minutes in our bathroom. First digging through my cabinets to find a roll of toilet paper. The tech uses it every week.I wish he would spend the same amount of time cleaning the pool. Never brushed it. Today he spent a total of 8 minutes. They are not worth the $20 per minute I get charged for. Highly disappointed. You would think you get what you pay for. I this case it's money thrown down the drain.

As a 20-year Utah pool specialist. I have never seen a disorganized and scatterbrained Company. As a repair Tech these were always the most dreaded pools I had ever touched. You are much better going with form Enterprise in Draper. They stand behind their work. And don't send a fourteen-year-old to pretend he knows what he's doing. The owner definitely likes to talk a big game. But he needs to shift his career to used car salesman.
