We are looking forward to using our pool this year. After 3 years of pool problems and contractors that were undependable, Bill and his team took on our old in-ground pool. They changed the depth and configuration of our pool giving us a lounging area and useful stairs into the pool. The new liner is beautiful. His team showed up on schedule and as promised. Ordering and installing the new decking, stairs, and liner was faster than I ever imagined after the experience we had for a couple years of dealing with other contractors.

I had done some comparison shopping for an inground pool and a friend recommended Paradise Pools. Their pricing and product were significantly better than other quotes I had received. Having the project now completed-I’d recommend their company to anyone and everyone interested in a pool installation. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and product. I had a cartridge filter which has been a problem for years. I've had two locking rings crack (photo on the left) and decided to switch to a sand filter. Dennis & Mark installed a new pump & filter and were done in just over an hour in 92 degree heat & 110 degrees feels like temp. Never cleaning a cartridge filter again and alot less head aches. Thanks for a job well done.

Our experience with Paradise Pools was wonderful from start to finish. Bill the owner of the company is extremely knowledgeable, dependable and thorough. He was available and supportive with any and all concerns. Jim the expert foreman on site was outstanding and impressive with his attention to detail. His dedication and understanding of his craft was astounding. Everyone involved in the process was respectful and professional. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARADISE POOLS.

If you are looking to install a pool this spring or summer, I highly recommend Paradise Pools in Sandwich. Bill (owner) was easy to work with and he was very communicative during the process of the installation. The installation Team, led by Jim, was great. I watched the entire installation from my back deck and he answered all of my dumb questions and worked tirelessly to complete the job. They completed it late summer last year and we were able to enjoy for almost 2 months in 2025. We love our pool and can’t wait to enjoy this summer.

Bill and his team did an amazing job installing our inground pool this summer. During the design phase we talked through options and received some helpful feedback of things to keep in mind when we made our decision that we otherwise may not have thought of ourselves. We always felt informed of what the schedule looked like, what to expect, ect. Mother nature was not kind during the process but Paradise Pools did everything they could to keep project on a schedule and I would say they went above and beyond making sure our pool was ready for the 4th of July weekend.
