Brad and the Paul Miller Custom Pools team did an amazing job on our new pool. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend them as they are very professional, easy to work with, and do amazing work. We can't wait to enjoy our new oasis for years to come.

It have officially been a year since Paul Miller Custom Pools started the dig for our custom pool. We had put bids out to four local builders and made the choice to go with Paul Miller. From the initial design, through the build process and now into the warranty process the service has been amazing. A great experience all around and a big shout out to Brad for his great customer service, experience and attention to detail, he really kept the project on track with the highest levels of quality!

We just finished a pool with Paul Miller Custom Pools and couldn't be happier! Brad and the team did an amazing job even with the 3rd wettest March on record and the start of a global pandemic to get our pool done in a very reasonable time and in time for summer. The fact Brad designed the pool and also was the builder/project manager was a win/win. His design was thoughtful in what we wanted and his communication throughout the build was excellent. We just completed our pool with Paul Miller Custom Pools, and we are so happy with our choice! It was a great experience and the communication was top-notch. Some things to think about before you start: • This is a large project. It is not going to happen in a week or even a month. It is a long process and might take 3 months or more. Factor that into your planning. • Your yard is going to be a mess. Unless you have a very large yard, you’re going to lose most or all of your grass. After a lot of research we decided to have Paul Miller pools build our first pool. Paul is extremely trustworthy and delivers what he says he will do. Being this was our first pool we were very nervous about the cost and experience. We heard horror stories from others in our neighbood about significant build delays, poor quality and hidden costs with other pool builders. We experience none of that with Paul Miller. This is my 3rd pool by Paul Miller Custom pools. The first one was 30 yrs ago! This is my second salt water pool. He does the job in a timely manner and does it well!! I highly recommend him!

Our pool was built in 2021, we started the process early in the year. We interviewed with 4 plus pool builders (at no charge) and Paul Miller was our choice. He came in person and throughout the negotiation process he was very straight forward and made us feel at ease. He warned is of the delays due to the supply chain and we knew it was going to take time and will not have a pool for the summer. Working with Paul Miller Custom pools was a surprisingly comfortable experience. Matt, Jodi, and Paul went at our pace with no pressure, helping us determine that we purchased exactly what we wanted. The whole process was completed in approximately ten weeks, heated pool and hot tub. Matt and staff were very helpful and responsive answering our questions when choosing to manage our own pool.
