We have used Pirate Island Pool Service for several years and we are beyond happy with the experience. The office staff is very communicative and consistently demonstrates well-executed methods for handling maintenance, service, and billing. Chace Harmon is quick to answer the phone and get our concern directed to the right person. When one of our valves broke last summer, Tiffany Bonas, Director of Operations, responded within a few hours and gave us, in writing, several options to address the issue. We have been with Pirate Island Pools for a few years now. We have had an excellent experience with them. Their technician Dennis goes above and beyond. He takes great care of our pool and a bonus, our dog loves when he comes for our weekly maintenance! Pirate Island is very good with communication as well. Highly recommend them to anyone!

After trying several pool service companies over several years, we started with Pirate Island Pools several years ago. They have been great! Very reliable service, great communication, address any issues in a very timely manner. Our pool looks better than it ever has. Our service technician, Zach, is great. Very friendly, professional and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend Pirate Island Pools to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Tried 3 other companies before switching over to pirate. It seemed like one company knew how to handle service well but not able to fix anything and another would just charge an arm and a leg for any and everything. Pirate spends the needed time on service, my pool looks great and they have been able to diagnose and fix issues as they have popped up. Most of my experience has been through Daniel Kent there so if you are wanting to duplicate my experience maybe ask for him. Great company!

While I'd been trying to clean the pool myself all spring, my husband finally convinced me to go with a service, so I could focus on swimming in the pool instead! (I know I know...but I didn't realize how much work it was!). While we pay a tiiiiny bit more for Pirate Island Pools, we both agree the extra few dollars are really worth it! The pool looks amazing, cleanings are always on time, if anything big needs to be replaced they show us what they're looking at before-hand, the servicemen are polite and knowledgeable and the office is always responsive. We couldn't be happier! :D

Very helpful. Came out to repair Polaris pool cleaner and re-programmed it. It's an older version - they went above and beyond. It's working beautifully and pool water is crystal clear. Thank you to Thomas for integrating our existing parts and minimizing costs.

Joe does an amazing job cleaning our pool. The water is crystal clear and there is never any moss or discoloration. Joe was over by my pool equipment and noticed that there was water under the equipment that shouldn’t be there. He figured out where the leak was and reported it. Luckily, Thomas was able to come out and fix the leak before the cold weather hit. I appreciate the kern eye shoe keeps on our equipment. We truly appreciate how great our pool always looks and how everybody is so friendly and how each of them pays attention to details. Thanks again.
