I’ve been using Cox Pool Company for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They first helped me when my pool turned green—draining, cleaning, and restoring it back to perfect condition. I can’t say enough good things about Noah and Luke. Two days before Christmas our pool motor blew, and they stepped in immediately to help with a last-minute replacement. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they acted fast, and the issue was fully remediated and fixed exactly to my liking. Truly impressive service, especially during such a busy time of year. Noah was very kind as the tech who completed the replacement. Thank you, Noah and Luke, for going above and beyond!
