Had a great experience with them installing our new liner. They showed up right on time, were professional and polite throughout the entire process, and really paid attention to the details. I cannot say enough about the team at Pool Designs. They installed my new pool with precision and care. Walked me through every step of the process. Responded to all my late night and weekend text messages. Derek, George and Liz are outstanding and extremely responsive and helpful. So we went into this with Pool Design not knowing anything about them and hoping for the best. Our current pool failed and they were the only ones that had pools in stock. Let me tell you we lucked out with them big time. Everyone and everything they did was highly professional, on time and as promised. Great crew. Louis was our on site person. Please save yourself a lot of money and anguish and look for another company to build your pool. Honestly, we have had problems every year with our Sylvan pool since it was built and not little problems, huge problems. I believe it is about 10 years old now. First off the rebar came through the cement right after it was built. It took about 2 seasons to resolve and the pool has patch marks which are not aesthetically pleasing. We replaced the motor early on, I think we have replaced it twice but not certain. There is so much that goes wrong that I lose track. The electrical compartment has be…
