Don't get complacent with your pool service like I did. Customer over 7 years. Communication was always challenged. Little over 2 years ago the maintenance tech was doing the annual filter clean. He had some struggles putting it back together. These fellas are just pool moppers, don't have the technical knowledge. I received a follow-up text communication that the rotor failed on my filter I needed to be replaced. I asked questions, specifically that it was operating fine before his struggles, and now I was being told I needed a new filter. I was told he would get back to me. They never follow…
