I've been a customer for the last 7-8 years and was sadly disappointed with this service call. My pool pump was down, and seeing that I've been a loyal customer, I reached out for a pool service. They sent a technician out and after some time, he realized he wasn't able to get it fixed and decided to not proceed. He mentioned that since services were unable to be completed, I wouldn't be charged. The following day I received an invoice from Pool Pro, stating that I do owe almost $300, for "services rendered", even though I was told there would be no charges because the problem was not repaire…

Pool pro redid the plaster and tile in my pool a year ago. It was a beautiful job!!! Since then they have kept my pool sparkling clean and have tended all my pool needs with the greatest attention and care. Many many (many!!!) thumbs up.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized Experience I would not recommend this company to anyone. The level of disrespect my family experienced was unacceptable. Be very cautious and double-check your invoices and billing we found out the hard way. Apparently, the company failed to charge a card they had on file for almost a year. We were unaware of this because the service continued as usual and we had no reason to believe there was an issue. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the owner, John, called my mother, was rude, and completely lacked any form of customer service. …

I had a chronic air leak that multiple technicians had looked at over the years with no lasting fix. Philip came out, put in the hours, and finally got it working good as new. Great customer service, honest work, and a reasonable price. Very happy with the results!
