I had a very poor experience with Pool Specialist Services and will not be returning. I called ahead because I had questions about my 6,000-gallon saltwater pool. The person who answered the phone sounded completely uninterested in helping, but I asked if I could come by and ask a few questions in person. She said yes, so I told her I would be there shortly. She then hung up without any real courtesy or further assistance. We can’t say enough good things about the process of remodeling our pool with Chris and his crews. Chris was an absolute rock star with our pool project. We worked with Holmgren for our architect design for our entire backyard overhaul. From there Chris worked on putting the plan into action. He made a few suggestions along the way that really amplified our design. His team was always prompt and on time--showing up by 8 AM at the latest. And we always knew the day before what was to happen the next day. There was always seemless communication which is key when your yard is under construction. They cleaned up after themselves.
