From day one, this company has been absolutely amazing! They were always patient and happy to answer every question — never too many. You might feel like things slow down a bit in the middle of the process, but trust me, it’s for a good reason! From Jeff to Jamie and the entire crew — especially Jose — everyone has been wonderful to work with. If you’re looking for a local company with integrity and people who truly care, this is the team to hire. We’re absolutely loving our new pool and spa! 💦

This pool company is AMAZING!! Everyone is so helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond! The girl who works in the store (Haylie) is always so helpful and has such a positive attitude! Would recommend 10/10 every time!

It would be great if someone answered their phone…or clear the messages so customers can leave a message….almost 3 weeks ago we dropped off our pool cleaner and have yet to hear back from them.

Great people and company. We had a lot of damage to the side of an old pool, needed a new liner, new stairs and wanted to convert from chlorine to saline. Most pool companies wouldn’t even call us back bc it wasn’t a new build. Jeremy immediately came out quoted us and started in time to make sure we had it up and running for the summer. Very nice people to work with and very professional.

Was excited to work with them at first but after they started my $145k pool build the lack of communication and professionalism really came out. I regret hiring them for such a huge project as I couldn't get status on anything and not even a hey we won't be there this week. Towards the end of my build on Oct 28, 2020 they sent me a "final invoice" for almost $25k over the end amount owed I emailed them that day questioning the amount. I didn't hear anything back from them about it until Feb 5, 2021 with a corrected amount due. 5 days later on Feb 10, 2021 they stared the process to put a lien …

We signed our contract with Jeff in Sep 2024. They dropped off the materials Jan 25, which meant they got the first pull of funds. This went rather smooth, they prepped the area, put the walls in. February, they put down the Gunite, we immediately noticed some cracking on the stairs, emailed Jeff who assured us that was normal and not to worry. The next day they installed the liner and started with filling the pool. Immediately we noticed significant wrinkling in the stairs, I'm talking big chunky ugly wrinkles.
