We LOVE our pool fence! A pool fence was a non-negotiable for us. Jason was our tech and he was phenomenal!!! Our fence looks absolutely beautiful and gives us additional peace of mind. We didn’t want the fence to take away from the aesthetic of our backyard and PoolSafe delivered! Jason took his time answering our questions and meticulously installed everything so perfectly! We are beyond pleased!

We have a couple of pups and were always afraid to leave them at home by themselves for fear that they might drown in our pool. We began to look into pool covers and fences when we found Poolsafe. They were able to send Anthony just a few days later to measure and provide a quote and boy are we sure glad they did! Anthony was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. The team that replaced my pool cover were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Victor did a great job explaining to me what he was doing and why. There were a few technical challenges that they were able to overcome. My new pool cover looks amazing.

1) Scheduled a second service appointment for a cover previously installed by Poolsafe. The office demanded a credit card for the $375 appointment before they would schedule. Overpriced for the 25" spent? Yes, probably why they want to be paid first. I paid almost $8,000 for the cover and also paid for the first service. An established, paying customer. 2) The appointment was for a day but not a specific time. "Jose will call you an hour before he arrives." Are customers expected to have someone in the house for the ENTIRE DAY for this trivial appointment? At the very least the offic…

Jason was fantastic to work with! He provided excellent customer service from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions clearly, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident with the information he provided. It was time to replace our 7 year old pool cover, and Pool Safe did a great job! Clay came out and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. He had samples of other colors, but I decided to stick with the same gray I had. When the new one was ready for install, Clay & one other guy came out & installed it. They were very professional & cleaned up all the debris that had accumulated in the cover “well”. Overall I am very pleased with the service & highly recommend.
