Jeremy at Swim Care did 2 things for us. First, he had our pool rock slide redone. It had gotten chippy and was dangerous to slide on. Now it's beautiful, looking better than the original. Second, he set up a service call to help us understand how and why our pool heater didn't work. We don't use it often, but we needed help. We noticed our pools water level was dropping fast over the last few weeks and we gave Swim Care a call to detect and repair. Jeremy came out the next day and was able to get the skimmer replaced a few days after he diagnosed the issue. His team was very professional and made sure everything was tidy before they left. We used Jeremy and Swim Care services to fully renovate our pool and have been ecstatic with the results. They were professional, personable and finished in a timely manner. Look no further for your pool remodel help. Swim Care Pool Services are just a pro's pro. I thought I had a leak...they found three! Showed me exactly where they were. And since we had to pull off tile to fix, we hired them to redo the tile on the entire pool, and it looks like a brand new pool! A company with real pride in their work and an awesome work ethic. Their bid, timeline and work results came in exactly as planned, on schedule. Could not recommend them any higher. So happy we found them and with their work.

Our solar (bladder) roof pool heater burst and spring a huge leak gushing into neighbors yards over Memorial Day weekend. Swim Care Pool Specialists got back to me immediately, instructed me on how to turn off flow through them, came out next day to take care of the leak temporarily. Then got replacement panels and was there a few days later replacing them. Even fixed another unknown leak and connected salt sensor to our Pentair hub without charge.
