Highly recommend!! We’ve been using Backyard Pools for 4 years and have been very happy. We have a decades old pool surface with mostly decades old equipment, yet our water is always sparkling and I credit their service! They are super reliable with a low turnover of techs. Not once has a service day been missed. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Our pool filter is cleaned on schedule, and we’ve had some minor repairs to aging pool equipment, including installing a new pump - prices are very reasonable. We've been using Backyard Pool and Spa for our weekly pool maintenance for atleast the last 7 years. They do a great job communicating and whenever I have a question they get back to me quickly. Have never had a problem with them and our pool has always looked great since they've been servicing it. Highly recommend them!

Backyard Pool and Spa won my business 5 years ago when my last maintenance company was trying to get me to spend $5k on a total system upgrade to solve a minor issue (that they caused). Jericho fixed the issue in 5 minutes for free…hired!!! Since, I’ve found BPS to be reliable, attentive and detailed in their maintenance of my pool. The techs are generally knowledgeable. When problems have come up with a system part they fix it quickly and for reasonable cost when there is something to replace. Jericho is always available when I have some sort of issue the tech can’t resolve.

Jericho and his team replaced my 43 year old pool heater in just after a few days from the initial call. With my grandkids coming, I wanted them to enjoy our pool. After the install Jericho helped me with some free technical assistance on two other issues. Most highly recommend Backyard Pool to those looking for quick, professional service.
